It takes less time than traveling to Movement Workshop for workouts and leaves me with an equivalent sense of fitness. "The Movement Workshop's small group training model has been just what I needed to achieve my fitness goals. As a busy full-time working mom of three, my schedule offers very little flexibility. I have never been a “big gym” person, because there is no way to get the level of personalization and community I enjoy in those settings. The Movement Workshop small group training provides me with many options to attend my sessions. I started with a 2/week approach, but the flexibility in scheduling has now allowed me to attend small group sessions 3/week. Each session provides me with a chance to build my strength and stamina. Each month builds on the previous workout, so there are clear through lines to see the progress I have made. I feel stronger than I did before my three babies! I love the technical advice and small adjustments to my movements that allow me to make more effective progress. Feeling grateful and pumped to keep moving forward to reach my goals before my 40th later this spring!"

“Our virtual Movement Workshop workouts have been surprisingly seamless to being at the 3rd Ave Gym. We workout with Brad once a week and feel just as strong. The programs are still appropriately challenging. Brad still watches and corrects our body positioning so we are working out safely. We have some hand weights but Brad takes all that into consideration and adapts accordingly. Of course we would like to be back in the MW gym but thankful the virtual works out super well.”
